Florence vulgare azoricum. Fennel is most often used for its
crisp sweet licorice flavoured bulb, but the fonds are used for garnish,
and stalks are great in a broth. Delicious chopped and served raw with
some olive oil, steamed with butter or added to your stir-fry. The seed
is also used in baking. This hybrid matures in 80-85 days. Approx. 50
