This beef box has a little bit of everything from the beef animal. Whether you're an illustrious single cook or feeding a family this box is a great way to stock up on our 100% grassfed beef and save!

Half Beef - choose from either our standard cutting instructions or choose to have it custom cut to your specifications.

Our certified organic, completely grass fed beef animals are raised outside year round. In the spring/summer/and fall they are rotationally grazed on our lush pastures with access to mineral, salt and fresh water. They spend the winter outside with shelter from the elements and access to our certified organic hay, fresh water, salt and minerals. They get such a nice heavy coat and fat layer that they don't mind the cold weather.

You are billed on the hanging carcass weight (HCW) of the beef animal. We expect that the yield (amount of actual meat you'll get depending on how you have it cut) is about 72% of the HCW. So if you buy a side/half beef at 275 lbs HCW, you should expect about 200 lbs of actual meat for your freezer!

The amount in your shopping cart is an approximation of how much you'll pay for your half beef. This is an estimate. When we actually get your beef cut, we will adjust the weight value and send you a finalized invoice.
