20 lb Beef Variety Box - November Pre-order

Our 20 lb actual weight variety pack gives you a sampling of all the cuts that you'd get if you ordered a half or quarter beef but in a volume better suited to a smaller freezer, eating less meat or smaller family unit.

In the 20 lb variety pack you'll receive at least: 1 slow/pot roast, 1 oven roast, a variety of beef steaks, ground beef and stew beef.

How does it work when I order?

1. Place your pre-order making sure you choose the correct pre-order timing (May, September or November)
2. Our November beef goes to butcher on November 12th and then is dry aged for 21 days which helps improve already great flavour.  It will be ready for customers after December 2nd, 2024.
3. Pick up/Delivery.  You will be billed for the outstanding amount the week of your delivery which will be determined by the next delivery date heading to your area or the week of your pick-up if you are coming to the farm to get your meat. 
4. Lastly, fill your freezer and enjoy a variety of meals with your family.
