How does it work when I order?
- Place your pre-order making sure you choose the correct pre-order timing (May, September or November)
- Our May beef goes to butcher April 15th and is dry-aged for 21 days which helps improve already great flavour. It will be ready for customers after May 6th, 2025.
- Pick up/Delivery. You will be billed for the outstanding amount the week of your delivery which will be determined by the next delivery date heading to your area or the week of your pick up if you are coming to the farm to get your meat.
