Whole Pig | Cut to our standard butcher instructions and ready for your freezer.

A whole pig is the ultimate way to stock your freezer.  Expect double the cuts of a half: approximately 10 smoked hams, 10 shoulder roasts, 24 packs of chops, 6 packs of spare ribs, 24 packs of sausage, and 12 packs of bacon. You'll have the variety and volume to eat well for months, at the best price per pound we offer.

Like our half pig, whole pigs are billed on hanging carcass weight (HCW) with an expected yield of approximately 72%. Your cart total is an estimate, we'll finalize your invoice once the order is cut and packed.

Pigs will be ready from different litters in September and October. Note your preferred month at checkout.

Our Duroc x Red Wattle cross brings together two outstanding heritage breeds. Duroc is known for superior marbling, tenderness, and flavour. Red Wattle is a rare, hardy American heritage breed known for its foraging instincts and the remarkably flavourful. This cross delivers pork with depth, richness, and the kind of taste that reminds you why breed and raising practices matter.

Our pigs live outside year-round on certified organic pasture  in spring, summer, and fall with organic feed and fresh water; cozy, well-bedded, and well-fed through the winter. They are happy animals, and it shows in the meat.

How does it work?

  1. Place your pre-order  adding your month preference to your order notes.
  2. Your pig goes to butcher and is cut and packed to our standard butcher instructions. Because you're billed on hanging carcass weight, we'll adjust your order to the actual weight and send you a finalized invoice once it's ready.
  3. Pick up / Delivery. You'll be billed for the outstanding amount the week of your delivery, scheduled based on the next delivery date heading to your area, or the week of your pick-up if you're coming to the farm.
  4. Fill your freezer and enjoy. A whole pig is the best value we offer stock up and eat well all year long.
