20% grass fed beef organs and 80% grass fed ground beef. Organ meats are extremely nutrient dense, full of B-Vitamins and other minerals. How does it work when I order?
- Place your pre-order making sure you choose the correct pre-order timing (May, September or November)
- Our May beef goes to butcher in April and then is dry-aged for 21 days which helps improve already great flavour. It will be ready for customers after May 6th (in time for our Mother's Day Open House May 11th and 12th)
- Pick up/Delivery. You will be billed for the outstanding amount the week of your delivery which will be determined by the next delivery date heading to your area or the week of your pick up if you are coming to the farm to get your meat.
- Lastly, fill your freezer and enjoy a variety of meals with your family.
