How does it work when I order?
- Place your pre-order making sure you choose the correct pre-order timing (May, September or November)
- Our September beef goes to butcher August 18th and is dry-aged for 21 days which helps improve already great flavour. It will be ready for customers after September 23rd, 2025.
- Pick up/Delivery. You will be billed for the outstanding amount the week of your delivery which will be determined by the next delivery date heading to your area.
