Butternut squash- Honeynut

This small type of the  butternut winter squash is just right for two people. It grows 6-8 inches long, has the classic hourglass shape, tan colour, and if let ripen so the skin is a hard shell will store until into the New Year.

Having a delicious rich sweet flavor it is a favorite in the McQuail household.
