Our 20 lb actual weight variety pack gives you a sampling of all the cuts that you'd get if you ordered a half or quarter beef but in a volume better suited to a smaller freezer, eating less meat or smaller family unit.
In the 20 lb variety pack you'll receive at least: 1 slow/pot roast, 1 oven roast, a variety of beef steaks, ground beef and stew beef.

How does it work when I order?
- Place your pre-order making sure you choose the correct pre-order timing (May, September or November).
- Our September beef goes to butcher on September 2nd and then is dry aged for 21 days which helps improve already great flavour. It will be ready for customers after September 23th, 2025.
- Pick up/Delivery. You will be billed for the outstanding amount the week of your delivery which will be determined by the next delivery date heading to your area or the week of your pick up if you are coming to the farm to get your meat.
- Lastly, fill your freezer and enjoy a variety of meals with your family.

To Note: While this is the current price for our September and November beef pre-orders, market volatility, which doesn't just affect market value of livestock, but also the general inputs and overhead on the farm, may impact pricing. If any changes occur, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance with the chance to modify your order. We appreciate your understanding and continued support of our farm!
